At ['SIP·PERS]™, we work hard to get your coffee and products to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship:
Processing & Fulfillment:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Standard fulfillment takes 1–5 business days depending on product availability and order volume.
Shipping Times (USA Only):
- Domestic USA orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
- We do not ship internationally at this time due to customs restrictions, tariffs, and inconsistent delivery timelines. We’re keeping it local so you get your product faster, safer, and without surprises.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.
- No hidden fees. No added charges. What you see is what you ['SIP].
Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update in the system.
Issues with Delivery:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
