Errors and Mistakes:
If there's an error due to an incorrect description on our website, we'll take responsibility to rectify it.
If you receive the wrong grind of coffee or any other mistake on our end, we will correct it at our expense. Simply notify us and we'll handle the rest.
External Delivery Issues: In instances of package theft, damage during shipping, or delivery disputes:
Customers are required to provide concrete evidence such as photographs or video evidence of any damages or issues.
Claims without evidence may not be considered.
While we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, the resolution of such issues (replacement or partial refund) remains entirely at ['SIP·PERS]™ discretion.
Depending on the situation, customers may be responsible for additional shipping or other associated costs.
International Shipping: We do offer international shipping, but customers should be aware that it can be more expensive and may have more associated issues. International orders are not guaranteed to be delivered and are not refundable under any circumstances.

Damaged/Misprinted/Defective Items: If you find any defects or misprints, please contact us within 5 days. We'll cover issues arising from our end.
Returns:
Wrong Addresses or Unclaimed Shipments: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or being unclaimed may incur additional shipping costs on your end.
Sealed Goods: Items such as face masks are non-returnable due to health concerns.
Customer Returns: Please contact us before returning any products. Refunds are not provided for buyer's remorse.
DRINKWARE PRODUCTS
Each drinkware item is uniquely produced upon order. Thus, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges if you change your mind or choose the wrong size or color.
Damaged/Manufacturing Error: Please notify us within 5 days of receiving a damaged product or one with a manufacturing error. We ask that you provide a clear photo of the issue.
Unsuccessful Delivery: *We will provide options for replacement or a partial refund in case of delivery issues.
Design Tolerance: A slight variation in design placement (up to 0.5") is considered normal and isn't seen as a defect.
